Cheveley Park Stud's Coaxed (Baaeed) made a breakthrough for her freshman sire when shedding maiden status at Kempton in August and joined G3 Weld Park victrix Curracloe on the Beech House Stud resident's roll of honour with a pillar-to-post success in Monday's G3 Darley Prix des Reservoirs at Chantilly.

The 23-10 second favourite, a last-out third in Goodwood's G3 Prestige, was swiftly into stride and seized immediate control of the one-mile contest.

Shaken up in front with a quarter-mile remaining, she refused to relinquish her advantage and stayed on in determined fashion to defeat Malikat Al Remal (Ten Sovereigns) and Rymskhaya (Mehmas) by 3/4-of-a-length and the same.

Pedigree Notes
Coaxed is the sixth of eight foals and one of four scorers out of G1 Queen Elizabeth II heroine Persuasive (Dark Angel), herself a daughter of the dual Group-placed Choose Me (Choisir).

Persuasive is a half-sister to G1 British Champions Sprint hero Creative Force (Dubawi), the multiple Group-placed Listed Coral Distaff victrix Tisbutadream (Dream Ahead) and to the dam of Listed Fleur de Lys runner-up Improvista (Frankel).

The winner is full to a yearling filly and a half-sister to Listed October victrix Cajole (Dubawi), G3 Greenham third Theoryofeverything (Frankel) and a weanling filly by Blue Point.
