Angel Reese has been delivering on her promises during the WNBA Finals, ensuring one Golden State Valkyries player took notice.

The Atlanta Dream defeated Golden State 97-71 on Wednesday in Game 3 before a capacity crowd at State Farm Arena, seizing a 2-1 series advantage. There was drama before the game, as former NBA player Enes Kanter Freedom was allegedly "kicked out" of the arena after refusing to change seats.

Reese recorded 21 points and 12 rebounds for her third consecutive double-double of the Finals, becoming the youngest player in WNBA history to achieve that feat in a championship series.

The verbal exchanges began in Game 2, a 79-65 Atlanta victory in San Francisco. Near the end of the first quarter, Valkyries center Aminata Gueye fouled Reese, and the pair exchanged words as Reese stood at the free-throw line.

"Shut the f--- up," Gueye said. Reese immediately responded. "You can't f--- with me," Reese said.

Reese validated her words on the following possession by rejecting Gueye's only field goal attempt of the contest. Gueye played merely 81 seconds, failed to score, and collected one rebound. She is a rookie who accumulated four minutes across the entire regular season.

Reese concluded Game 2 with 30 points and 16 rebounds. That performance made her the youngest player to record a 30-point, 15-rebound game in the Finals, and only the third in league history to accomplish it in a championship game, joining Jonquel Jones and Breanna Stewart.

The trash talk didn't end there. After an early score with the foul in Game 3, Reese turned to her bench and declared, "She can't f--k with me!" After a subsequent layup over Gueye, she doubled down, taunting: "You can't guard me!"

On the court Wednesday, Atlanta seized control in the second half. Golden State leveled the score early in the third quarter, but the Dream responded with an 8-0 run, capped by a coast-to-coast Reese layup, before closing the period on a dominant 22-8 run.

The Valkyries managed just three field goals for the remainder of the quarter. Gabby Williams paced Golden State with 15 points but struggled, shooting 5-of-18, while Cecilia Zandalasini contributed 13.

Rhyne Howard posted 16 points and five steals, becoming the first player in Finals history to record at least five steals in back-to-back games. She attributed the victory to the change of venue. "We fought for this arena, so we have to protect it," Howard said. "I think it's big. We went and stole one, but we couldn't let them come in and do the same thing."

Atlanta relocated Games 3 and 4 from their 3,500-seat home court to State Farm Arena, which accommodates approximately 17,000 fans - marking their first-ever home Finals victory. Game 4 is set for Saturday in Atlanta. With Golden State having claimed Game 1, the series will head back to the Bay Area for Game 5 regardless of the outcome.
